Most of my professional life has been in operational support and administration. But what defines my thinking is the work I do outside of that — developing original frameworks for how the mind works, writing novels about how systems of belief become prisons, and building tools that help people think more clearly about themselves.
A Cup of Hope is that work made conversational. It's not therapy. It's not a self-help show. It's a space to think out loud — to ask the questions most people keep to themselves, with the honest, unhurried conversation that's hard to find anywhere else.
I built a framework called the ABI Loop — Attention, Belief, Identity — that maps how minds stabilize, adapt, and sometimes collapse under pressure. These conversations are that framework in practice.
